Shipping policy

All domestic & international shipping will be delivered by Norwegian Post and its international partners in your post box or to the nearest post office.

Norway - 2 - 7 working days

Europe - 1 - 3 weeks

The rest of the world - 2 - 4 weeks

Please note that there are no taxes added on international sales in this shop. It means that the price you are paying at check out is free of taxes. I will recommend to check before you order if your country collects any added taxes or if that are any custom fees on import. If so it is usual that the shipping company collect those.

Seed bead jewelry

You will prolong life of your seed bead jewelry if you take good care of it. Please avoid contact with water and do not storage jewelry in direct sun or wet and steamy places such as bathroom. Beware scratches. It is recommended to storage jewelry hanging (fringe earrings) or lay flat (fringe earrings & bracelets). The leather part of boho seed bead bracelets has been treated with ecological leather conditioner. You might wish to repeat this process afterwards to prolong life of your bracelet.

Silver plated & sterling silver jewelry

Both sterling silver and silver plated jewelry parts are prone to oxidize. Use pure cotton to clean it or buy a professional jewelry cleaning product, preferably cleaning cloth. Do not soak seed bead jewelry in water.

Wool products (handbag/basket/coasters/mittens etc.)

Products made of Wool or Alpaca Wool should preferably be washed by hand. Machine wash to max. 30 degrees C, use wool washing program and wool wash detergent ONLY. Form directly afterwards into desired shape. Dry flat.

Cotton products (handbag/coasters etc.)

I use only 100% cotton to make my products. Cotton handbags, coaster etc. may be safely washed to 40 degrees C if not stated otherwise. Form directly afterwards into desired shape. Dry flat.
